I was able to make a last minute appointment to clean my carpets on New Year’s Eve. I was at the point where it was time to decide whether to replace the carpet or try to make them look presentable again. I’m so glad I decided to have them cleaned because they look amazing! The technician called in advance to let me know his expected arrival time, then arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job explaining the options and his recommendations. He offered to help me put my rooms back in order and provided a thorough explanation of all services covered and what to expect. I have already recommended Chem Dry to another family member and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
